Curitiba, 19 March 2005 - The new group BoicoteBu$h in Brazil have organized this morning a boycott action in Curitiba, in front of the XV Street's McDonalds. A photography exhibit about the war and the occupation of Iraq by the US was set up by the Brazilian Committee of Solidarity to Iraq. People from BoicoteBu$h did some street theater and flyers have also been distributed to the passer-by to conscientize them about their consumer power.
For Vinicius, a student member of BoicoteBu$h, "through the boycotting to the north american products we will be fortifying the fight for the world-wide peace, defending the nature and the health of the peoples".
